A registered & verified customer will be able to navigate to his "My Account" section. In here, he'll have the ability to view and adapt his personal information. Additionally, he'll also have access to the historical purchases he bought and the tickets he owns.
This account hub will grow with advanced functionalities in the upcoming releases.
By default each ticket is owned by the ticket 'buyer', the person who is creating and paying the purchase. With this feature it will be possible to demand specific ticket 'owners' per ticket.
Ticket types that demand a separate ticket owner will require the ticket 'buyer' to input the ticket 'owner''s email and name. The ticket will then be mailed to the ticket owner.
Additionally, if the ticket owner registers on the system himself, he'll find his owned tickets in his "My Account" section.
Non-seating season tickets
Our season tickets for sport clubs were a success so far. The simplest definition we can give them is 1 season ticket that combines x single tickets within, 1 for each show. Where each of the single tickets have the same seat and the same barcode.
So far, we only accepted seated events for seasons because the definition implies having a seat. With this feature we make this optional. It will be possible to sell season tickets for a series of shows without a seat plan.
